Introduction

Welcome to DS Speech. These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you access, register for, and use the DS Speech website and related AI voice generation and voice cloning services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Service Description

DS Speech provides AI-driven text-to-speech, voice cloning, and related audio generation capabilities. The service may include membership plans, credit packs, voice model storage, a voice library, and other features. The features, limits, and validity periods corresponding to different plans or quotas may vary.

Billing and Refunds

Membership plans and credit packs are digital services delivered immediately after payment. If a refund request is approved, we will proportionally deduct the cost of membership time, credits, and other benefits already used, and refund the remaining amount.

Membership benefits and credits that have been fully used or expired, restrictions or bans resulting from violations of these Terms, and differences in results caused by the user's device, network, input content, or reference audio quality are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, and cases otherwise required by applicable law are excepted.

To request a refund, contact support@dsspeech.com from your registered email address and provide your account email, order or transaction ID, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method based on the actual refundable amount. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You may not use DS Speech to generate or distribute the following content:

• Pornographic, obscene, or other NSFW content
• Violent, graphic, threatening content, or content that incites harm
• Hateful or discriminatory speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or similar characteristics
• Any sexual exploitation of minors or child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Unauthorized voice cloning or impersonation, or content used for fraud, deception, or deepfakes
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, image rights, voice rights, or other lawful rights

Reporting and Content Moderation

To report prohibited content, impersonation, or infringement, contact support@dsspeech.com and provide the relevant voice, task, audio, link, and any necessary evidence.

The platform may identify violations through automated safety measures, voice reviews, user reports, and human review, and may refuse generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts depending on severity. For content involving serious illegal activity or risks to child safety, we may preserve necessary evidence and cooperate with competent authorities as permitted by law.

Data Sharing

We will not sell your personal information. In the following circumstances, we may share information with third parties:

• When required by law or legal process
• To protect the rights and safety of our users and the public
• When you agree to share

• Manage or request deletion of your voice models through account settings

Disclaimer

DS Speech provides services as-is and as available. We strive to keep the services stable, accurate, and secure, but we do not promise that the services will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or that generated results will meet your specific expectations, commercial purposes, or quality standards.

Termination

If we find that you violate these Terms, abuse the services, generate inappropriate content, infringe others' rights, or engage in other behavior that may harm DS Speech, other users, or the public interest, we have the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account and related service access.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms based on product features, legal requirements, or operational needs. After the Terms are updated, if you continue to access or use DS Speech, you accept the updated Terms. For major changes, we will try to provide notice through website pages or other reasonable methods.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated.
